Springville - Avery’s tea wagon was here Monday.

New Milford - The Columbian Hose Co. will give an ice cream festival in the Park Wednesday evening. The contest for the bicycle will be decided at the close of the festival.

Clifford - Ours may be a sleepy town. Some cranks claim it is. Yet we have three large stores, one harness shop, two blacksmiths, four shoemakers, all busy plus two church organizations with flourishing Sunday school, a society of the Kings Daughters, an Epworth league, a G.A.R. Post, a ball club, and by the way, a cycle club will be the next.

Harford - Ousterhout & Whitney have turned out eight new wagons so far this year. AND Charlie Sweet is worse.

Union Dale - Warren Crandall thinks he has found a valuable stone quarry near Lewis Lake. The stone is of reddish brown color.

Forest City- A board of trade has been organized at Forest City. The organization has an editor for the President and the Burgess of the town and the pastor of the Methodist Church are its vice-Predidents. Forest City will now take on a healthy boom.

Stevens Point- Mr. and Mrs. Ira Cargill and son, of Deposit, visited here recently.
